CLEO is a UK-based charitable organisation aimed at fostering, promoting and developing clinical legal education in all its forms, including:
EDUCATION
Supporting law schools and affiliated entities to develop clinical legal education programmes and promote pro‐bono work.
TRAINING
Advancing the legal curriculum and teaching methodologies, through the provision of training and materials.
COLLABORATION
Sharing and promoting best practice in legal education by encouraging and supporting collaborations between staff and students at member institutions and beyond.
RESEARCH
Promoting research and other scholarly activity for the public benefit on clinical legal education, legal clinics and pro bono legal services.

Membership of CLEO is open to anyone who is interested in furthering the organisation's purposes.
A member may be an individual, a university/law school, or other unincorporated organisation, all subject to approval by the trustees. No membership fees are presently charged. To register as a member please visit the registration section of the site.
