Omar Madhloom is a Senior Lecturer and Solicitor at the University of Bristol
Law School. He qualified in 2004 and practised as a commercial solicitor before
joining the Ministry of Defence. He has been involved in teaching and developing
clinical legal education since 2012. Omar was previously the director of two university
law clinics and has published in international peer-reviewed journals.
His current research focuses on applying moral philosophy to clinical legal
pedagogy. Omar is Co-Chair of the Bristol Pro Bono Society.
